Why We Built This

Varsity Score was born from a simple frustration: watching my daughters play volleyball and wanting to capture not just the video, but the excitement of every point scored.
As a parent sitting in the stands, I noticed that regular phone recordings missed something. When you watch the video later, you cannot remember the score, which set it was, or the intensity of that crucial moment. The raw footage just did not capture the full story of the game.
That is why I built Varsity Score. A simple, powerful app that overlays the score right on your video as you record. Now when you watch back, you see the game exactly as it happened — with all the context that makes those moments meaningful.
